- Education Higher Secondary Diploma Bachelor/Honors Minimum HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Communication).
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer queries.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling, CRM software knowledge is a plus).Typing speed should be sufficient for fast and accurate data entry.
- Customer Handling Abilities: Friendly, patient, and polite attitude with customers.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities & Context: Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer (CSO) to assist and consult with our multiple clients, including those seeking student visa services, work permit visas, visit visas, and air tickets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service and be able to provide professional guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries related to student visas, work permit visas, visit visas, and air tickets.
- Provide consultation and guidance to clients on visa application processes.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
