Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. is seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our Aqua Division as Customer Service Officers. This role is pivotal in supporting aquaculture farmers, promoting sustainable fish farming practices, delivering technical training, and ensuring quality through continuous monitoring and field-level engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for fish feed and fry; identify and onboard new agents in underserved markets
Provide hands-on support to fish farmers to enhance productivity and profitability
Conduct regular market visits and gather actionable feedback
Share feed performance updates and organize training sessions for farmer development
Establish and manage model aquaculture ponds, including coordination and reporting
Resolve field-level issues faced by fish farmers promptly and effectively
Support integration of new ponds into existing aquaculture operations
