  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is preferred

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

🕙 Office Hours:

  • Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Noon Shift: 01:00 PM – 11:00 PM


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via website, phone, chat, and social media

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, orders, delivery, billing, and returns

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Excel

  • Ensure a positive, professional attitude in all customer communications to achieve high satisfaction

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical support) to resolve issues efficiently

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
