∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ ✔ Age: 22 to 30 years
∎ ✔ Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or a similar role(If you have no prior experience but can work smartly and efficiently, we will consider your application)
∎ ✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is mandatory
∎ ✔ Industry Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a related role
∎ ✔ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ ✔ Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and concerns. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 🔹 Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly through multiple channels (website, phone, email, chat, and social media)
∎ 🔹 Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, orders, delivery, billing, and returns
∎ 🔹 Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Excel and Word
∎ 🔹 Ensure a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions to achieve high customer satisfaction
∎ 🔹 Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer service processes
∎ 🔹 Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical support) to resolve customer issues efficiently
∎ 🔹 Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
∎ 🔹 Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance customer service skills
