Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers & Upsell products and services.
∎ Maintaining the relationship between company and customers.
∎ Listen & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching, and exploring answers and alternative solutions.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem.
∎ Take feedback from customer about service.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in related fields are preferable.
∎ Sweet & Calming Voice.
∎ Fluent in Bengali & English language
∎ Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel is a Must.
∎ Good Communication skill
