• Masters

• Age 24 to 40 years

• IT knowledge
• Applicant should have experience in the financial Organizations in the national and global context.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• English & Bengali typing skill.

• Find out new prospects for group Insurance.
• Communicate & offer group insurance.
• Prepare group insurance proposal & forward to prospective clients.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets.
• Boost up corporate business.
• Assist management in developing business strategies.        
• Maintain strong interpersonal relationship with clients.
• Clear understanding of group and health Insurance Products.
• Depth knowledge in group insurance product rating, proposal submission to corporate clients.
• Negotiation and communication skills with corporate clients.
• Good rapport and liaison with large corporate bodies, local, multinational and government organizations.
• Regular product related reporting to business and internal stakeholders.
