Responsibilities & Context: - Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers & Upsell products and services.
- Maintaining the relationship between company and customers. Listen & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching, and exploring answers and alternative solutions.
- Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
- Perform every call actively to solve client's problem. Take feedback from customer about service.
- Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues. Other duties as assigned.
