Responsibilities & Context:

TV Hut is hiring for the position of Customer Service Agents in the Customer Experience department. This is a full-time role.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate must be professional, customer-focused, and able to manage client queries with efficiency and clarity. S/he will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with clients, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

 

- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, digital and social media.

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services and explain their benefits.

- Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to potential clients.

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure timely updates and smooth workflow.

- Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

- Maintain a positive, supportive, and customer-friendly attitude at all times.

- Cooperate & coordinate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

- Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products/services offered.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM tools or other designated systems

- Prepare and submit regular reports on CS activities and outcomes.

- Willingness to work on a roster-based schedule and take ownership of assigned duties.

What We Need:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) in both English & Bangla

- Must have knowledge & proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc

- Minimum graduation/diploma in any discipline

- Candidates having at least 1 year of experience will be given preference. Freshers having excellent communication skills also encouraged to apply.

- Ability & willingness to work on roasters duties, including weekends when required.
