Job Context:

TV Hut is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Interns to join its Customer Experience team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and eager to build a career in the consumer electronics and e-commerce industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services

• Communicate product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly

• Generate leads and assist in converting them into sales

• Respond to customer queries via phone and digital platforms

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients

• Support the team in achieving sales targets

• Record and update customer information in CRM/software

• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate when required

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree running/completed in any discipline

Experience Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
