Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) in both English & Bangla
  • Must have knowledge & proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Minimum graduation/diploma in any discipline
  • Candidates having at least 1 year of experience will be given preference. Freshers having excellent communication skills also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability & willingness to work on roasters duties, including weekends when required.


Responsibilities & Context:

TV Hut is hiring for the position of Customer Service Agents in the Customer Experience department. This is a full-time role.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate must be professional, customer-focused, and able to manage client queries with efficiency and clarity. S/he will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with clients, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, digital and social media.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services and explain their benefits.

  • Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to potential clients.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure timely updates and smooth workflow.

  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and customer-friendly attitude at all times.

  • Cooperate & coordinate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products/services offered.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM tools or other designated systems

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on CS activities and outcomes.

  • Willingness to work on a roster-based schedule and take ownership of assigned duties.
