Your responsibilities
• Respond to enquiries through phone calls, messages and in-person conversations.
• Share accurate information about our services and arrange consultations.
• Follow up with prospective students and clients.
• Maintain enquiry records and coordinate with our consultancy team.
What we’re looking for
• Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent understanding of written and spoken English.
• Clear, polite communication and a helpful attitude.
• Basic computer skills, including email, messaging and document handling.
• Good organization, reliability and willingness to learn.
