Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

As a CRM Executive at Sentry Security Services Ltd, you will be at the frontline of client communication, playing a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This position is ideal for graduates or university students who have at least 1 year’s job experience in customer relationship management, or in the relevant field .

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.

  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM software) with accurate and timely information.

  • Track and follow up on customer service issues until resolution, escalating where necessary.

  • Support the client onboarding process by guiding them through service-related procedures.

  • Record complaints, feedback, and suggestions, and forward them to the appropriate department.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, accounts & finance, and administration department) to ensure seamless customer support.

  • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on client communication and issue resolution status.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.

  • Manage multiple tasks while prioritizing urgent queries in a fast-paced environment.

Working hour 10.00 am – 7.00 pm to support client service coverage.
