• The ideal candidate should have prior experience in air ticketing and tour package sales, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Customer Relationship Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell air tickets, tour packages, and other travel-related services.

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online customer inquiries efficiently.

• Prepare quotations, confirm bookings, and ensure all documentation is accurate.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate customers.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Stay informed about airline fares, offers, and travel industry trends.

• Maintain proper sales records and provide regular reports to management.
