Responsibilities & Context:

Customer Engagement & Assistance:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Provide superior service to all customers by understanding their needs/questions and responding promptly and effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions promptly.

Customer Communication:

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer comments on Facebook posts/Live notifications.
  • Answer customer queries/messages through social media accounts.
  • Serve customers over the phone and provide solutions.

Sales & Promotions:

  • Promote loyalty programs, discounts, and offers to enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage and develop corporate sales accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer and client preferences.
  • Keep customers updated on the latest products, offers, and campaigns.

Data & Feedback Management:

  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to management for service improvement.
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to meet the needs of corporate clients.
  • Maintain customer and corporate client records, ensuring data privacy.

Product and Stock Management:

  • Collect information on customers’ demanding products/stock out products and restock products as needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the superior.

Internal Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Represent the company positively and uphold its reputation for excellent service.

Miscellaneous:

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the team leader.
