Responsibilities & Context: Customer Engagement & Assistance:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide superior service to all customers by understanding their needs/questions and responding promptly and effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions promptly.
Customer Communication:
- Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Respond to customer comments on Facebook posts/Live notifications.
- Answer customer queries/messages through social media accounts.
- Serve customers over the phone and provide solutions.
Sales & Promotions:
- Promote loyalty programs, discounts, and offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage and develop corporate sales accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer and client preferences.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products, offers, and campaigns.
Data & Feedback Management:
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to management for service improvement.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to meet the needs of corporate clients.
- Maintain customer and corporate client records, ensuring data privacy.
Product and Stock Management:
- Collect information on customers’ demanding products/stock out products and restock products as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the superior.
Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Represent the company positively and uphold its reputation for excellent service.
Miscellaneous:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Any other tasks assigned by the team leader.
