Job Context

  • We are going to hire a talented youth, energetic, professional, diversified female employee in its Communication Wings department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Type and format official documents, letters, reports, and other materials in Bangla and English.

  • Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation in all typed content.

  • Convert handwritten or printed texts into digital Bangla documents.

  • Maintain confidentiality of office files and sensitive information.

  • Assist with data entry tasks when required.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Managing and responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Providing product and service information to customers and assisting with their purchase decisions.

  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue opportunities for customer engagement and growth.

  • Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies and programs to improve customer loyalty.

  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Managing customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Conducting market research and customer surveys to gather insights and feedback.

  • Creating and maintaining reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.

  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
