∎ Aside from being a foodie, are you also a people person? Do you like to speak to people and solve their problems? You will need to take on customer support responsibilities and make sure all the customers are happy and satisfied. You will also have to speak to our Cooks, give them feedback on their food from diners and investigate complaints. You will need to be thick skinned, patient and understanding and know when to be firm and when to be compassionate.
∎ You will need great communication skills in English and Bangla and a basic knowledge and great interest in good food.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Empower and engage the Customer Service and Quality Assurance teams
∎ Develop culture and processes to meet business goals
∎ Evaluate and improve customer (Cook/Diner) satisfaction
∎ Identify better tools and technologies to improve customer service
∎ Meet Quality Assurance targets and improve processes when needed
∎ Drive better sales through service
∎ Continually develop improvements
∎ Drive quality and consistency
∎ Hold regular trainings with the team on Customer Service and Quality Assurance
∎ Weekly meetings with team
∎ Ensure all orders are confirmed on app, phone, Whatsapp and Freshdesk
∎ Build community through Facebook group - posting content and encouraging others to do the same
Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive experience of managing operational customer service teams
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the relevant markets.
∎ Proven Management and/or relationship management experience at a senior, strategic level role. Established track record of exceeding targets, KPI's, in a quality led, legislative compliant environment
∎ Able to develop strategy and make recommendations
∎ Demonstrate ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels
∎ Influential relationships skills at all levels. Able to use these relationships to deliver service improvements
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to adapt and succeed in a changing environment
∎ Evidence of well-developed leadership skills.
