∎ BBA/MBA from a reputed university (Preferably Major in Marketing and Minor in HR)
∎ Candidates with a Foreign University Degree and/or O-level/A-level background will get a preference.
∎ Candidate must have exceptional business communication skills (Equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or above) and a customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This may include analysing customer feedback, resolving customer issues, and improving the overall customer service process.
∎ Establish effective communication between the customer service team and customers across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, web chat and review).
∎ Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions promptly.
∎ Ensuring high-quality customer support and effective issue resolution.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
∎ Monitor and report on customer service metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores, to identify areas for improvement.
∎ We are seeking a customer relations manager to manage and oversee our Customer Relations departments.
