Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for fluent English and Hindi-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium backgrounds or candidates who have International call center experience to work on our project.
∎ The working shift may vary depending on the work load from client but is generally is 4-5 days a week.
∎ Must be willing to work long term (stay for 1 year or more).
∎ Work Time may vary depending on the work load from client but is generally 9-12 hours (8 AM To 5 PM or 8 PM) But it may change a bit according to the client's needs.
∎ Job responsibility will include taking inbound calls and chats from Foreign customers (From India, and Europe) and solving their queries.
∎ Must be willing to work during Eid holidays (We pay an Extra Bonus for working in Eid) and other government holidays
∎ Salary is hour based at 75 taka BDT
∎ We are looking for fluent English and Hindi-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium backgrounds or candidates who have International call center experience to work on our project.
