Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Strong interest in cooking, food, culinary arts, and anything food-related.
∎ Extremely fluent in both English and Bangla.
∎ Needs to have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
∎ Compassionate demeanor and problem-solving mentality.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality check, post and approve food offers on the Cookups app, website, and facebook group.
∎ Communicate with Cooks & Diners on Freshdesk regarding any issues with their food offers or orders and SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS!
∎ Investigate low rating tickets and resolve them by communicating with both the Cook & the Diner.
∎ Process diner orders received through the facebook group and facebook page.
∎ Conduct customer service regarding food offers on the facebook page.
∎ Communicate with Cooks & Diners regarding cancelled & declined orders, investigate the issue & convince them to complete the order.
∎ Customer service and vendor management.
∎ Update offer and sales KPIs daily.
∎ Other tasks as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Weekdays 10 am- 6:30 pm.
∎ 6 days a week.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly KPI bonus (if applicable).
Offer is slightly negotiable for highly qualified candidates.
