Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have a minimum Bachelor's in a relevant field from a reputable university.
∎ Proven work experience as inspection personnel would be useful but is not required.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Positive attitude, Quality Control/ Inspect, Quick learner, Self motivated, Strong communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct kitchen inspections for onboarding Cooks to ensure good health and safety practices (video inspections for now and in person kitchen inspection later).
∎ Need to call 50+ number every day to explain the process, follow up, guide our cooks.
∎ Collect leads on new potential Cooks through research (mostly on social media).
∎ Ensure Inspection Reports are sent out based on findings and communicate them with Cooks.
∎ Investigate complaints and determine if there has been a breach of quality, good health and safety practices, good customer service practices.
∎ Determine when action may be necessary and gather and present the appropriate evidence.
∎ Re-inspect kitchens of Registered Cooks and consolidate all necessary information
∎ Onboard cooks maintaining proper procedure and rules.
∎ Call Cooks and Diners and help them with orders, complaints or feedback.
∎ Help create, document, and implement a QA process.
∎ Some Customer Service tasks will be added after satisfactory completion of Inspection Executive training.
∎ Other tasks that may be required.
∎ This position may require travel within Dhaka City to inspect cook's kitchen physically (after the situation for COVID-19 becomes better).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Inspection/Quality Control & customer support is a plus.
∎ Must be proficient in using G Suite and Microsoft Office.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla.
∎ Market knowledge.
∎ Communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to build rapport.
∎ Time management and planning skills.
∎ Females are preferred since most of our Cooks are female, and they are more comfortable working with a woman. Even better if you have door to door experience.
∎ Extended hours as and when needed. This is not an 8 hour, regular job.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
