∎ Experience in managing deemed export customer, sewing thread/accessories will be given preference
∎ Excellent in communication skill is a must
∎ Proficient in computer operation especially MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word;
∎ Working experience in SAP/Oracle ERP will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Account Management
∎ Communication and Coordination between customer Sales Team
∎ Production Planning and Production. Customer Order Processing (Sample and Bulk)
∎ Order Follow up and Feedback
∎ Mediating customer complaints involving all concerns
∎ Supporting Sales/marketing team with required reporting
∎ Providing Support Achieving sales targets
∎ Preparation and Management of all required deemed expert documentation
∎ Customer Account Management
∎ Communication and Coordination between customer Sales Team
∎ Production Planning and Production. Customer Order Processing (Sample and Bulk)
