Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Account Management, Communication and Coordination between customer Sales Team, Production Planning and Production.
∎ Customer Order Processing (Sample and Bulk), Order Follow up and Feedback.
∎ Mediating customer complaints involving all concerns.
∎ Supporting Sales/marketing team with required reporting.
∎ Providing Support Achieving sales targets.
∎ Preparation and Management of all required deemed expert documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Experience in managing deemed export customer, sewing thread/accessories will be given preference
∎ Excellent in communication skill is a must
∎ Proficient in computer operation especially MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word; Working experience in SAP/Oracle ERP will be preferred.
