Support patient retention initiatives and service quality improvement.
Forward patient inquiries and leads to counselors and marketing teams for further engagement.
Support conversion of inquiries into consultations and treatment enrollments.
Prepare daily and monthly patient visit and inquiry reports.
Provide administrative support to management as required.
