Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our potential customers, The position focuses on females who are keen to bring their excellent communication skills and customer service expertise to our team, enhancing our commitment to exceptional service standards.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer messages professionally, providing information about our products and services.
- Address and resolve customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Making new calls & set meetings with client.
- Communicating with existing clients on calls & fixing appointments.
- Understanding the customer`s interest while sharing their feedback.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
