Experience:
Manage and respond to messages from leads on Facebook, converting them into prospective clients.
Collect phone numbers from leads and schedule meetings based on their availability and our meeting slots.
Coordinate meeting times and dates with the sales team and clients.
Call leads on the day of the meeting to confirm availability or reschedule if necessary.
Provide necessary information to the sales team to prepare for meetings, including client needs and preferences.
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, meeting schedules, and client feedback.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients and the sales team.
Follow up with leads who need more time to decide and nurture them until a decision is made.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Our Weekend is Wednesday.
