  • Proficient in social media, computer applications, and CRM tools.

  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Prior experience in customer service or social media moderation will be preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, live chat, and other digital channels promptly and professionally.

  2. Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, promotions, and order status.

  3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, exchanges, and after-sales support.

  4. Handle customer complaints efficiently, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex matters when necessary.

  5. Engage with customers proactively to build strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  6. Encourage customer reviews, feedback, and repeat purchases through positive interactions and follow-up communication.

  7. Moderate social media pages and communities by monitoring comments, reviews, and user-generated content.

  8. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  9. Maintain records of customer interactions and prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, complaints, and engagement performance.

  10. Collect customer insights and share feedback and recommendations with management to improve products, services, and customer experience.
