Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience in USA marketplace audiences is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in paid ad management and organic content strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok .etc).
- Experience with SEO and WordPress is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic SEO skills to support traffic and visibility goals.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing communication or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English (written and verbal).
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of email marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic data analysis.
- Friendly, responsive, and solution-focused personality.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context: Position: Marketing Communication Executive
Location: Kuril, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers through email, phone, social media, and messaging platforms to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to both existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure prompt and professional response to all customer inquiries, providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a friendly, customer-centric tone in all communications, aiming for satisfaction and retention.
- Track and document customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools or spreadsheets for continuous improvement and service quality.
- Work closely with sales, design, and technical teams to create targeted marketing campaigns aligned with customer interests and company goals.
- Analyze the performance of marketing communication campaigns (email open rates, click-through, conversion, etc.) and suggest improvements.
- Assist in developing marketing content, including emails, SMS, social posts, product brochures, and FAQs tailored to the Bangladeshi market.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to ensure relevant messaging.
