Responsibilities & Context:
দায়িত্বসমূহঃ
প্রতিদিন নির্ধারিত গ্রাহক তালিকা অনুযায়ী ফোন কল করা এবং তাদের সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রাখা।
নতুন গ্রাহক সংগ্রহে ফোন কল/কমিউনিকেশন এর মাধ্যমে অর্ডার তৈরি করা।
গ্রাহকের অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও সঠিকভাবে সিস্টেমে এন্ট্রি করা।
গ্রাহকের চাহিদা ও সমস্যাগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে শোনা এবং দ্রুত সমাধান প্রদান।
বিক্রয় ও ডেলিভারি টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে অর্ডার এবং ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা।
কোম্পানির পণ্য (দুধ, ঘি, সরিষার তেল ইত্যাদি) সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
গ্রাহক ডাটাবেস সংরক্ষণ ও নিয়মিত আপডেট করা।
সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া (যেমন ফেসবুক) এর গ্রাহক মেসেজ/কমেন্ট রিপ্লাই করা এবং নতুন অর্ডার সংগ্রহে সহায়তা করা।
