Responsibilities & Context: Today's Deal, a growing e-commerce company, is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders received through the website, Facebook/Instagram inbox, and other platforms
- Communicate with customers via phone, message, and live chat
- Confirm orders and answer customer inquiries
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
- Track order status, prepare delivery reports, and handle basic logistics
- Provide support for return, replacement, and exchange cases
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communication and delivery updates
