Responsibilities & Context:

  • Job Location: Tolarbagh R/A,Mirpur-1,Dhaka-1216

  • Employment Status: Half-time (6 hours)

  • Duty time : (Slot: 9am to 3pm & 3pm to 9pm)- Friday off day

  • You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.

  • Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.

  • Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific client over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.

  • Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.

  • You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for fulfilling the target.
