Employment Status: Half-time (6 hours)
Duty time : (Slot: 9am to 3pm & 3pm to 9pm)- Friday off day
You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific client over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.
You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for fulfilling the target.
