Responsibilities & Context: Inbound & Outbound Calling
- Handle incoming inquiries from students and parents regarding study abroad programs (universities, courses, countries, scholarships, etc.).
- Make outbound follow-up calls to leads generated through events, ads, or the website.
- Explain the firm’s services and guide them through the initial process.
Appointment Scheduling
- Book consultations with study abroad counselors.
- Coordinate time slots and send meeting confirmations/reminders.
- Reschedule or cancel appointments when needed.
Data Collection & Entry
- Collect essential information from prospective students (academic background, test scores, preferred destinations, etc.).
- Input and update lead data into CRM or Google Sheets for tracking.
Client Follow-Up & Support
- Follow up with students at different stages of the study abroad process (pre-counseling, application, visa, etc.).
- Provide updates on application status, document requirements, and deadlines.
- Answer basic queries or route complex ones to senior consultants.
Information Dissemination
- Share brochures, links, and content related to universities, courses, and processes.
- Stay updated on university intakes, eligibility criteria, and visa regulations to communicate correctly.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with counselors, application teams, and visa experts to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Relay urgent client needs or escalations to the appropriate department.
On-Camera Engagement
Participate in video shoots for:
- Student FAQs and guidance content
- Social media reels
- Explainer videos
- Event promotions and testimonials
