Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the technical vision and roadmap for the music streaming platform
∎ Lead the back end and front end development teams to build and maintain a scalable and reliable platform
∎ Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize product features and requirements
∎ Ensure that the platform is secure and meets industry standards for data privacy and security
∎ Manage the platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, and APIs
∎ Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our platform remains competitive and innovative
∎ Build and manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and partners
∎ Mentor and develop the technical team members to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability
∎ Establish and maintain engineering processes and methodologies to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency across the platform
∎ Act as a technical advisor to senior management, providing guidance and insights on technical matters related to the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in both back end and front end development.
∎ Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
∎ In-depth knowledge of web technologies and frameworks such as ASP .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, JavaScript, React, Node.js, MSSQL, and NoSQL databases.
∎ Advanced experienced .NET Developer to work on the development of functional .NET applications and websites, dealing with .NET core applications coding and MVC Framework, system debugging, code reviewing, development of operational procedures.
∎ Experience in understanding & applying Design Patterns/Design Principles.
∎ Strong understanding of server architecture, scalability, and reliability.
∎ Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS, Digital Ocean Azure, or Google Cloud.
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Passion for music and a strong interest in the music streaming industry.
