Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in CSE/EEE/ETE/IT from any reputed organization.
∎ Certification of CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCDA, CCIE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Certified from Cisco, Mikro-tik and Microsoft.
∎ Semi Knock Down (SKD) and OEM Manufacturing Basic Knowledge
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ CCTV Surveillance, Central Monitoring System, VMS with Analytics establishment and maintenance.
∎ Works with other departments to use new technologies to streamline company policies and rules
∎ Conducts research to improve the technological assets of a company
∎ Oversees IT products sourcing capability.
∎ Develops and directs all networking safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches and protect sensitive internal and external client information
∎ Develops and implements all internal communication systems, such as email and instant messaging
∎ Plans and implements proper Internet usage policies for employees
∎ Evaluates new technology and makes recommendations on technological solutions
∎ Uses technological assets to help ease use for employees and clients
∎ Manages any digital media assets
∎ Consistently evaluates technical efficiency and makes changes as necessary
∎ Makes presentations to board of directors and chief executive officer
∎ Develops and enhances a company's website to increase site traffic
∎ Identifies competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefit of a company
∎ Directs the development and possible implementation of policies in instances of a breach, also known as disaster recovery plans
∎ Good Knowledge in Hardware, Software, Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function.
∎ Executes established best practices for security and compliance policies and provides training and guidance to users.
∎ Accurately log incidents and ensure all relevant data is captured.
∎ In-depth knowledge on compiling and installing open source software.
∎ Configure and manage Yeaster, Yealink IP Telephony system, Access Control and any kind of Networking Equipment.
∎ Installing and maintaining the LAN & WAN networks.
∎ Managing all Servers-Active Directory, Mail, Billing (database), File & other in different platforms.
∎ Administer Linux and Windows Server.
∎ Troubleshoot internet bandwidth and routing issues.
∎ Providing sound IT solutions, health checking for whole IT infrastructure.
∎ Configuring and maintaining email domain and configuring Outlook and Outlook Express.
∎ Configure services like Apache, MySQL, PHP and Subversion.
∎ Managing server power solutions if necessary.
∎ Planning and managing complete office back up system.
∎ Maintenance & troubleshooting of computer/notebook/server hardware.
∎ Hosting and maintaining website and different web application.
∎ Initialize procurement of necessary IT products & sourcing them from foreign Principle Mandatory.
∎ Train team members on new technology, system, policies, procedures etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
∎ Experience in Network Support will be necessary.
∎ Should have strong knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN and TCP/IP Network.
∎ Knowledge on application software management over different OS.
∎ Knowledge on Mail, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
∎ Self-driven and hard working.
Salary: Negotiable
