Responsibilities & Context:

1. Partner Enablement & Channel Support

• Deliver product, solution, and sales tool training to channel partners including SI/ ISP

• Enable partner sales engineers to independently support project delivery

• Develop localized sales tools and solution materials to support partner business growth

2. Localized Marketing & Go-to-Market Support

• Execute and localize global marketing initiatives in the local market

• Support lead generation, acquisition, and activation through localized campaigns

• Adapt HQ marketing materials and develop market-specific content

• Conduct market analysis on product/solution sell-out performance and identify improvement opportunities

3. New Product Introduction & Requirement Management

• Support pilot testing and landing of SMB products and solutions

• Collect and analyze market feedback, and provide insights to HQ for product improvement

4. Project Pre-sales Support

• Work closely with sales teams and partners to design network solutions

• Support PoC, solution validation, and project delivery for key SMB opportunities

• Ensure solution competitiveness and value delivery in real customer scenarios
