∎ 1–2 years of experience in customer service or social media moderation (retail/fashion preferred).
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, and call handling apps.
∎ Ability to lead and supervise a small, remote moderation team.
∎ Calm, problem-solving attitude under pressure.
∎ Basic understanding of CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries in a courteous and efficient manner.
∎ Respond promptly to customer messages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
∎ Monitor and guide remote moderators working on social channels to ensure timely and accurate responses.
∎ Maintain a professional brand tone across all communication channels.
∎ Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant departments.
∎ Ensure all customer interactions are logged and followed up properly in CRM tools or trackers.
∎ Assist in preparing FAQs and response templates to maintain consistency.
∎ Share daily moderation and communication reports with management.
∎ Job Description:
∎ Torr is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring excellent customer communication and maintaining our brand voice across all platforms. You will be responsible for directly handling customer queries via phone and social media, while also supervising a team of remote moderators to maintain consistency and service quality.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
