- Creating and managing Snapshots for different niches
- Experience with SaaS mode & Reselling on HighLevel
- White-label CRM setup, branding, and mobile app configuration
- Familiarity with HighLevel Labs & Beta Features
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience with GoHighLevel
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and automation
- Proficiency in Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities & Context: Technical & Platform Operations
- Set up and manage sub-accounts (locations), custom domains, email, and Twilio.
- Build and update funnels, websites, upsells, and calendars using GHL builder.
- Configure automations, workflows, trigger links, and internal notification systems.
- Run email/SMS campaigns, build templates, manage opt-outs and compliance.
- Manage pipelines, lead tracking, opportunity tagging, and round-robin assignment.
- Set up calendar integrations, reminders, and booking workflows.
- Configure review request systems, monitor and respond to reviews.
- Design advanced forms/surveys with custom fields and automation triggers.
- Track performance using dashboards, ROI reporting, and lead source attribution.
- Connect Zapier, Webhooks, Stripe, Zoom, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.
Strategic & Analytical Support
- Optimize sales funnels and improve lead-to-booking journeys.
- Understand digital campaigns and offers specific to agency niches.
- Maintain data hygiene, manage tagging, segment lifecycle stages.
- Analyze funnel drop-offs, open/click rates, and suggest data-driven improvements.
Team & Client Collaboration
- Create clear documentation and SOPs for processes.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and CRM support across client accounts.
- Coordinate with GHL support when technical issues arise.
- Manage tasks via Trello, ClickUp, or Notion and prioritize urgent campaigns.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly with agency team and clients.
