Position
As the Manager – Online Business Development, Marketing and Sales, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, executing marketing campaigns and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and customer base.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Build relationships with material suppliers, corporate houses, dealers and retailers.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Manage and mentor a small team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives.
