∎ Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience required in B2B sales.
∎ Analytical Mind: Analyze data, solve problems and find opportunities for the business.
∎ Professional Network and Resourcefulness: Highly appreciable and welcoming.
∎ Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, customer service, or digital marketing. Experienced in B2B sales or a related field is preferable and passion for creating content is highly appreciable.
∎ Digital Proficiency: Knowledge on SEO and familiar with online sales platforms, Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise sales.
∎ Meet and exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing enterprise clients.
∎ Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports regularly.
∎ Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams.
∎ Continuously learn and improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.
∎ Apply digital marketing knowledge & creating content ability for business growth.
∎ Execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
