∎ Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, customer service.
∎ Digital Proficiency: Familiar with online sales platforms, Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Implement sales strategies to achieve company goals in the assigned categories.
∎ Identify potential location, brands and expand the Dealers/Retailers based on the target.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with Dealers/Retailers and provide excellent customer service.
∎ Conduct market research to assist business growth.
∎ Generate and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance data.
∎ Ensure proper brand onboarding, brand visibility, and promotional activities in the market.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams in all associated aspects.
∎ Handle queries, complaints, and feedback effectively from the field.
