Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Basic understanding of databases (SQL), data analysis, and QA/testing processes.
Good understanding of software testing concepts (functional, regression, UAT).
Experience with QA tools like Postman, JIRA, or similar is a plus.
Ability to perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform quality assurance (QA) on business applications and data systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Conduct data validation, consistency checks, and system testing across multiple environments.
Monitor system performance, identify anomalies, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
Prepare analytical and operational reports to support business and management needs.
Maintain and update system documentation, including test reports, user guides, and operational procedures.
Review and verify system functionalities, documenting findings and improvement areas.
Assist in content or configuration updates within internal platforms as required.
