Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or other related Business field from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Micro-Credit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Assessment based on Credit Rating;
∎ Physical verification & inspection sales proposal under Hire Purchase;
∎ Contact Customer & Guarantors to verify their information & submitted documents;
∎ Monitor progress of Hire Purchase proposal accepted earlier by him;
∎ Full time monitor Hire Receivable/Outstanding;
∎ Ensure regular remittance;
∎ Cooperate outlet team to collect irregular EMR (Equal Monthly Rent);
∎ Give utmost effort to keep arrears age under control in certain level;
∎ Evaluate creditworthiness and risks of the Outlets;
∎ Evaluate Aging Report;
∎ Monitor Stock position;
∎ Provide regular report on total activates of Hire Purchase of respective outlets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets;
∎ Strong analytical skills;
∎ Customer service experience.

Salary: Negotiable
