Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Credit assessment of loan applications of SMEs, verification of financial information, identification of strengths and weaknesses as per lending guideline and regulations
∎ Ensuring loan application processing in line with pre-defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
∎ Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements during loan assessment
∎ Contributing in policy formulation and process development
∎ Operating in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) driven work environment with strong focus on productivity, loan book growth, Non-Performing Loan ratio and Portfolio at Risk ratio management
∎ Assisting the processing unit to ensure smooth lending operation at branch level
∎ Periodic analysis of default clients and identify learning and way-outs
∎ Dealing with audit team (internal, external & regulatory bodies) & fulfilling their queries
∎ Training & counseling activities for sales personnel at Branch Level

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Basic/Advanced function of Excel and PowerPoint)
∎ Programming skills (such as R, Python, etc.) will be considered as an added advantage
∎ Proficiency in English language
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh’s financial products
∎ Clear understanding regarding socio-economic structures and demographic characters of the population
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Maintain Rapport with cross-functional teams
