Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA degree (Major in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking) with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 point scale from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comprehensive visit to prospective customer to identify customer's creditworthiness
∎ Assess client's requirement and match the same against repayment capacity with the help of key financial indicators and subjective judgment
∎ Preparing credit memo based on relevant lending guidelines/PPG and close the request accordingly
∎ Maintain liaison and correspond with RMs for meeting queries from approver related to credit proposals
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (Bangladesh Bank)
∎ Regularly visit the customers/businesses that fall under portfolio at risk and utilize/ circulate the knowledge gained from the same
∎ Preparation of checklists/synopsis related to credit proposals for Credit Evaluation Committee Meeting and preparation of Board Memos for approval
∎ Supply necessary report to Bangladesh Bank related to credit issues as and when required
∎ Assist on specific projects / tasks as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 years' experience in relevant department in Bank or Financial Institution
∎ Superior problem solving, analytical, decision-making, presentation and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Computer literacy having good command in Microsoft Office Suite
∎ Drive and determination - high energy level, but composed and independent
∎ Ability to take proper decisions quickly
∎ Able to work both independently and as part of a team under deadlines
