Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit new and existing clients to assess the credit worthiness, operational and financial performance of individual businesses as and when required and preparing visit report.
∎ Review and carry out credit assessment of Corporate/SME credit proposals by ensuring objectivity for validation purpose, structuring of credit proposal, ensure compliance of credit policy & regulatory guidelines.
∎ Identify the credit risk of Corporate/SME credit proposals, the degree of risk involved in financing, devise mitigation measures and ensuring desired level of service delivery.
∎ Keep timely communication with different channels (Marketing & other related Dept.) about shortage of documents in case of both processing & sanction of files
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedure, and external regulatory requirements.

∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Analytical skill.
∎ Communication skill (both English & Bangla).
∎ Negotiation skills and ability to multi-task.
∎ Proactive, hardworking and effective team player.
∎ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
