• The pre-requisites for applying are a minimum of 12 years of factory management experience, overseas knowledge of the garments labels printing industry, excellent leadership and motivational skills, good computer knowledge, self-motivated and aggressive, mature and high responsibilities, and strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.

• Educational qualification is not an essential pre-requisite and can be relaxed for deserving candidates with required experience.

• Job responsibilities include but are not limited to
• working closely with various stakeholders to achieve overall goals,
• reviewing and managing manufacturing operation issues in regions of Bangladesh, etc,
• providing regular performance feedback with annual goals,
• ensuring all offshore employees are following all procedures and work instructions
• preparing business plans and ensuring execution on target, formulating, reviewing and managing existing policies, guidelines, and procedures to develop a high-quality management team and managing vendor/supplier to ensure good relation with corporations.
