Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and drive the growth of the school & assessment business in the country
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
∎ Collaborate with the regional and global leadership teams to align country-specific strategies with overall company objectives.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the organization's presence in the school sector.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, government bodies, and distributors.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective operations, including procurement, distribution, and sales of educational materials.
∎ Implement and maintain high standards of compliance with industry regulations and educational standards.
∎ Analyze sales data and market feedback to adjust strategies and improve performance.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and support to schools and educational institutions.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to the regional and global leadership teams.
