Responsibilities & Context:

Maersk is seeking a commercially astute and customer-focused leader to drive the Country Customer Experience strategy in Bangladesh. The role will lead country-specific CX teams, deliver operational excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth aligned with Area CX objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Country Customer Experience strategy and outcomes across Ocean and Logistics & Services.

  • Lead and develop high-performing CX teams while ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Ensure seamless customer journeys and proactive issue resolution.

  • Drive customer growth, retention, and profitability plans.

  • Manage operational excellence, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
