∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters
∎ Bachelor’s degree (preferred: in Education, Science, Business, International Relations, or similar)

∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ At least 1–2 years of experience in student visa counseling or international admissions
∎ Excellent knowledge of student visa processes for at least two or more of these regions: Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proficient in MS Office and internet research
∎ Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple student files efficiently
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and internet browsing.
∎ Must have a minimum 1-2 years of experience in visa consultancy, education counseling, or related field.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Familiarity with UK, Schengen, USA, Australia and New Zealand’s higher education and visa processes.
∎ Ability to multitask.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Counseling:
∎ Guide students and clients regarding overseas education opportunities, including program selection, country-specific requirements, and visa processes.
∎ Continuously gather and maintain up-to-date information on university/college intakes and application deadlines in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
∎ Monitor institution websites, authorized educational portals, government immigration sites, and maintain relationships with university representatives for accurate data.
∎ Assist students in preparing required documents such as admission applications, SOPs, CVs, academic credentials, financial statements, and visa forms. Review application packets for completeness and accuracy.
∎ Advise students on visa application procedures, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
∎ Stay updated with changing immigration rules and embassy guidelines for each country.
∎ Maintain detailed records of student cases.
∎ Act as a point of contact between students and institutions for queries, offers, and admission updates.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about guiding students in their international education journey and well-versed in visa and immigration processes for countries like Europe (Schengen and non-Schengen), Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

∎ Client Counseling:

∎ Continuously gather and maintain up-to-date information on university/college intakes and application deadlines in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
