Job Responsibilities:
Assist clients in completing visa applications accurately and efficiently.
Stay updated with changing visa regulations and policies across different countries.
Handle complex visa cases and troubleshoot issues that arise during the application process.
Coordinate closely with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities to expedite visa approvals.
Conduct thorough assessments of client profiles to determine visa eligibility and potential challenges.
Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and availability.
Any other`s assign by the management.
