∎ Basic understanding of product costing and budgeting principles.
∎ Proficient in Excel for Data Analysis, SMV calculations, OB Planning and process.
∎ Proficient in data[MSA1] entry and effective communication within teams. [MSA1]

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze daily production data to identify inefficiency and suggest immediate corrective actions.
∎ Monitor floor-wise efficiency and ensure adherence to the planned production target.
∎ Maintain and update standard minute value (SMV) for all operations on the floor.
∎ Conduct motion studies to streamline worker movement and improve productivity.
∎ Ensure effective line balance to minimize idle time and optimize workflow.
∎ Coordinate with supervisors and operators to implement process improvements.
∎ Regular evaluate operator performance and suggest necessary training or upskilling.
∎ Ensure compliance with approval production methods and quality standards.
∎ Support floor management in achieving KPls such as efficiency, DHU, and output target.
